How long does a custom cart take?
Most carts are ready in 3–5 weeks after the deposit. Rush builds are possible, so ask us in the notes.
How does the deposit work?
You choose to pay a deposit or the full amount when you order. The deposit reserves your build slot. The balance is invoiced before delivery.
How do I pay by Interac?
Send an e-Transfer to the email shown at checkout and put your reference number (for example DC-2612345) in the message. We confirm it within one business day.
What logo file should I send?
A PNG with a transparent background, an SVG, PDF or AI file. You can upload it in the builder and send more files later from your account.
Do you deliver?
Yes. You choose pickup or delivery when you order. Pickup from our North York workshop is free, delivery in the GTA is a flat fee, and delivery further away is quoted by distance.
